These terms govern your use of YTARGET, including channel connection, content analysis, metadata tools, and analytics-related features.
1. Use of the Service
You may use this platform only for lawful purposes and only with YouTube channels, credentials, and data that you are authorized to access or manage.
2. Account Responsibility
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account, API keys, OAuth credentials, and any connected channel access. Actions performed through your account are considered your responsibility.
3. YouTube and Third-Party Services
This platform depends on Google, YouTube, YouTube Analytics, and other third-party services. Availability, quotas, scopes, and access behavior may change at any time based on those providers.
4. Channel Authorization
By connecting a channel, you confirm that you have the right to grant access for reading channel data, viewing analytics, and updating metadata where supported by the granted OAuth scopes.
5. Generated Suggestions
Title suggestions, metadata recommendations, prompts, and other generated outputs are provided as assistance only. You are solely responsible for reviewing and approving any changes before publishing them to your channel.
6. Data Accuracy
Analytics, scores, and recommendations are provided on an as-available basis. Delays, missing data, API quota limits, or scope restrictions may affect the completeness or accuracy of results.
7. Prohibited Use
You may not use the platform to access channels without authorization, abuse APIs, violate platform policies, or perform actions that are unlawful, deceptive, or harmful to others.
8. Suspension or Removal
Access may be restricted, suspended, or removed if misuse, security risk, expired authorization, or policy violations are detected.
9. Limitation of Liability
The service is provided without guarantees of uninterrupted operation, business outcome, ranking improvement, or revenue result. Use of the service is at your own risk.
10. Updates
These terms may be updated over time. Continued use of the platform after updates means you accept the revised terms.
